It took 4 months, 60+ tours (yes, sixty!), and a few of those “it just wasn’t meant to be” missed offers, but we finally made it. A house with a workshop!!

From staging to data-driven pricing, how you present your home is the difference between a quick close and sitting on the market. Homes just sitting may need to invest in updates/repairs/refresh.
Buyers: You have some leverage (FINALLY!)! Inspections are back on the table and you actually have time to think. The Strategy: Don’t let "perfect" be the enemy of "great."
