Buyers - must have's and nice suprises

My clients a few years ago were Millenials looking for their first dog-friendly home.  After the rush of busy tours, and offer deadlines we found a wonderful home in south Maple Grove.  The quaint community included an HOA and nice size outdoor pool.  A pool was not on their must have list but over the years my kids and I have been invited over for a splash.  The owners have loved having this ammenity even though it wasn't a must have.  So when you/we begin looking at homes (hoping you call me to start looking) keep in mind their may be some unexpected fun suprises a property offers that you didn't even know you really wanted.  Looking at homes and evaluating features and condition can be exciting and challenging.  Staying grounded in your criteria and gathering useful info in the process make it all come together smoothly.
